Architectural Rendering
Even before a single brick is laid, a well created visual can provide that first and lasting impression of the structure. It is far more cost effective to generate a computer rendering then to contruct a building only to discover aesthetic or design changes need to be implemented. Both high quality exterior and interior are available through Aunt Spray at a low competitive rate from an experienced designer of 15 years. 3D modeling/rendering, color site plans, color floor plans, and 3D renderings of infrastructure such as bridges or monuments can all be achieved with the highest of quality.
Costs and Procedures
Rates are quoted per job after contact information is received. Our rates are low in comparison to industry standards; a 2,000 S.F. structure would be approximately $600.00 USD for 2000px width image.

Aunt Spray works in a digital format, hence different styles of renderings can also be produced most often in post-production. Styles can vary from photo-realism to a more painterly watercolor look.
